On-Site Studio Hair Salon is primarily a "by appointment" business; therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact on our schedule.

 

A non-refundable deposit is required to book specific hair services. At the time of no call/no show, the deposit will not be refunded. We hope that you will not need to cancel your appointment. We do our best to meet your scheduling needs and request that you adhere to our cancellation policy.

 

Unless otherwise stated, we require a 48-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame of your scheduled appointment will result in a kept deposit. A new payment will be required for any future appointments.

 

All services rendered are non-refundable. In the event of a hair service readjustment, 7 days are given to notify the salon of any concerns and 30 days are given to redeem the service.
